Any Skywarn or severe weather groups around here?

I am in Mitchell County near the NC/TN state line in the Northwest part of North Carolina. I know on the other side of the mountain over in the NE TN and SW VA area there are Skywarn groups, but those groups don't cover this area, mainly because of the 6000 ft mountain that seperates these areas from each other. (No, there are no repeaters on it) Anyway, I can't find much information about amateur radio or other personal radio services activities in this area involved with any type of severe weather spotting. Does anyone here know of any or know where on the web I could look for that information? Thanks

Thanks for the reply. I didn't find anything for this area and although there are a lot of hams in the area there doesent seem to be a lot of activity. I will keep looking and see if I find anything.
