Check your internet router home page or use the url @Whiskey3JMC listed, the one that starts with 192.xx.xx.xx is the home, the other one is the away. The ports are controled by your router, Google open ports and your router name. Your questions are all related to your router and internet setup, not the TRX Android Suite software.

Yes it is best to consult your wireless router's documentation for port related questions or contact your internet service provider

I don't visit this site as often as I used to, so I did not see this post. There also is a section on the TRX website titled "Generic Networking info (useful for any server application)." Take a look there. Getting the system to work over the internet is not exactly a beginner's task, but it is VERY possible. Just take your time and don't give up. I'd say just see if you can get it going via local network at home first.
