I've been a long time user of Probe 7.0, but my Massachusetts frequencies might not be of a lot of interest to you. That said, I'd be glad to send them if you're interested. I primarily use Probe for searching but I do have some fairly accurate files for my area.

I don't have any Probe files that cover South Park though.
