Just to let everyone know, a member of these forums was generous and kind enough to help me fix my radio. I had to disable the Advance System Key option. After spending a few hours building a codeplug from scratch I am pleased to report the radio takes any legacy system key and sounds great on Phase 2 systems! Thank you, sir.
