ARC500 PRO Crashing

I keep having problems with ARC500 Pro crashing, usually after only running virtual control for a few minutes. It doesn't seem to crash when not using virtual control. The problem is that I bought this specifically for logging / audio archiving purposes. The demo version worked fine, but the virtual control only ran for 5 minutes on the demo. After upgrading to this Pro version, the program crashes, usually between 5 and 10 minutes. I contacted their tech support and was advised to upgrade my audio drivers, which I did. The problem persists and I've not gotten any additional help from their tech support. Hopefully someone knows what this means and how to fix it.
