I am connecting to the database ok but when downloading frequency's This darn thing loads either the wrong info or i get a message Like this..Not working well at all any ideas?

Most of the recently updated ARC software seems to have some kind of problem. It seems that the only option is to wait for new updates to be issued after Butel gets back from vacation.

Not true - did any of you try FreeScan? Since it's freeware, you don't lose your investment, and when Gommert gets back, there's going to be a lot of folks looking to kick his......er, he will hopefully get things fixed...

FreeScan has been using the SOAP interface for quite some time now. If that fails, then there is a database issue that needs to be reported.

Good suggestion, and personally, I already have both Freescan and Proscan which both work fine.

I solved my Vista Butel problems by reinstalling my Vista usb cable drivers.

My updated version of ARC96 was working just fine....Using XP SP3, .NET1.1 SP1, so Not ALL the arc stuff has issues
