Arkansas MilAir Frequencies

Does anyone know any Milair frequencies for south arkansas or arkansas in general, or aircraft flying over south arkansas, commercial, private, etc. and where I can find any of these frequencies?

I have heard air traffic on 311.0000 which I think is Air Force. I have a couple of Delta Airlines Freqs I think and have heard traffic on those. Thanks in advance for any info.
