Back in October 2022 I bought a SDS100 basically to listen in out Pennsylvania State Police and PennDOT, I live in Armstrong County. I have the
PA-STARNet: Pennsylvania Statewide Radio Network in a favorite list with everything (statewide) hopefully to hear something. But since I did this back in October of 2022 I hear nothing. But I am able to hear local frequencies. I even upgrade my SDS100 extras.
can anyone give me any suggestions on the resolve this issue?

PA State PD is fully encrypted.

Only police you will hear out of armstrong is on ICORRS and its the local. PSP is fully encrypted.

You'll need to turn on the Public Works service type in order to hear PennDot. If little or no activity now, wait until the next snow storm. Only scan the site closest to you (site hold)

Just a question for you, why do you say only listen to the closest site? I'm in Crawford County and I hear different truck traffic on different sites. For example, I hear a lot of Interstate operations on our north site and secondary road operations on our west site.

But you told him to only scan the site closest to him which could result in traffic being missed on other sites. There may not be traffic on the site closest to him. I almost never hear anything on our east site and have never heard anything on our south site. If, for example, that south site was closest to him, he would have never heard anything.
