ARTCC Sector Maps?

Does anyone know where one could get a map showing the individual sectors within ZKC ATRCC airspace? ZME and ZMP are also needed. I would like to make a map so if Im somewhere and look up and see a plane I want to hear I will know exactly where to listen. I have done extensive google searches but come up with nothing complete.

You will not find any "published" maps of sectors within a centers area of control.

I can tell you that sectors are stratified from the surface to outerspace, with the exception of airspace a TRACON may control.

If anyone else was needing them this link was sent my way....It has High / Low and Ultras. Appears to be accurate when compared to sector freq list.
