Hello i am taking my family to AstroWorld in Houston in a couple of weeks. I was wondering if anyone could tell me the county to look up for this location to get police frequencies. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Finally, click on the link at the top of that page that says: Houston under the heading of Metro Areas for the State of Texas

For the PD you are going to want to listen to HPD Southwest (460.05 pl 123.0) or Southeast (460.025 pl 123.0) Dispatch. It could also be South Central (460.55 pl 123.0) I can't remember if Astroworld is east or west of 288 on 610 South. If it is west of it then Southwest, east then Southeast. So i should just program in the frequencies from the website blantonl posted and i will be ok? Really just interested in listen to houston police dep. but i don't know the specific frequencies. Also what system do they use? Motorola?

I gave you the frequencies in my first post. They are conventional.
