Pro-652: Audio cuts out

This is probably a very basic and dumb question for most of you, but I have searched hi and lo... every time my PRO-652 receives traffic, I only hear about 1 second of audio before the scanner movers on the next frequency. I have read the manual and I figure it has something to do with a delay setting or a priority setting. I am stumped... I hope someone doesn't mind offering advice to a newb.

You need to get rid of all priority settings. That includes weather priority. Turn them all off. Delay settings don't stop a transmission. They keep it on channel after transmissions for a reply. Not your problem.

Would changing the priority interval solve this problem? We are having the same issue with our pro-652 at our firehouse but we would like to have the priority.
