B396T needs programmed - east valley

My unit used to to be programmed, but I have lost the files on my computer and reset the unit back to factory default. I am looking for someone to help me program the unit so I can hear smooth conversations between activity in my area. I would like separate banks for storm chasing, fire, trains, local police, and miscellaneous activity. I purchased software years ago that worked great, but I no longer have the install disc or even that computer anymore. Really the best thing you can do is access the database on here. For a minimum 6 month or yearly fee it has all the programming done for you. I just downloaded "Free Scan" for free, pay the membership fee on here, then downloaded the programming. It is a great resource and always up to date. Money well spent as it saves hours of time. Check it out.
