Just before 9am today, the Union Bank at 4800 Normal Blvd was robbed. Suspect was a white male, with a small handgun, fled north on foot and observed getting into a white Cavalier. A short pursuit followed, one male bailed at 28th and Sumner, and taken into custody.
Second male fled in the vehicle, crashed at 27th and Capital Parkway, proceeded north and finally captured at gun point, just north of 27th and Randolph.
Total time to capture: Less than 5 minutes.
