Just noticed what looks like a new antenna tower on top of the West, (gold), tower. It only looks to be a single tower, and doesn't appear to be cellular.

Any ideas or info?

Here's what TAFL has to say about BH:

424.0125, 424.9125 (each a repeater with 5MHz+ inputs) for "Brookfield Management Services Bankers Hall" on 335 8 Av

The most recent of those licenses, numerically speaking, is the 458MHz freq on 855 2 St, but all of them were activated in December 2009. The 458MHz frequencies are a "link frequency" according to the virtual licenses. Perhaps a security/maintenance dispatch center is in the 8 Av tower and the repeater (or pair? - the 424 freqs) is on the 2 St tower.
