It would be nice to have a RR section to download common use frequencies by WIN500, ARC500, etc. The state... then county selections work pretty well and it's easy to find and download what you're looking for. I notice that most states have a "state wide" section. I've already done the Rail, CB, FRS, MURS, GMRS, and Marine in p500 format. I could convert these to ARC format if somebody needs it. Whoever does the RR database could most likely incorporate these into a common area without a whole lot of work. I was really surprised this hasn't already been done? I plan to do a NASCAR p500 file as well. I noticed that there have already been many downloads of what I've already posted. :)

Conventional frequencies are only (repeat only) contained in sub-categories. Sub-categories are only contained in Categories. Categories are a component of County pages or Agency pages. The highest level that can have agencies associated is the state level.
I understand that constraint with the current design. Just planting some future ideas.

Thanks for the help... but I don't have the Excel program. Very basic on this end.

How about the Microsoft Works Spreadsheet? Doesn't every PC come with that? It's pretty basic. That's what I use successfully.

Not sure if the MS Works spreadsheet would work. I had trouble trying to "copy and past" into the WIN500 software. The frequency kept defaulting to 25.00000 whenever I tried to paste. In the end... I'm done now. It was a lot of typing and checking... but I have the common freqs I needed in my PC in p500 format. I can "cut and paste" within the WIN500 software without any issues. Now I can just load them up when I need them. For example... if I go to a city on the coast and want to listen to the marine band... I can load all the channels in a few seconds... then lockout the ones I don't need. That beats doing the marine band search and then adding the channels as I hear them. That take a lot of time. I've posted everything except the NASCAR portion. Thanks for all the help.
