BB code is on yet bold italics and underline are not showing up in my posts, yet will show up in other's posts, in the Indiana discussion forum, when viewing my posts in the editor I just see the code then hit submit or save changes and it won't display at all. In this forum the code is actually effecting the text as desired in the editor, however text is not displaying bold in the post.

In your image, which is a little small, I see both italics and underline. I am not sure about the bold but clearly the code is working. If you are not seeing bold on your screen, that would be something local to your display, OS, or computer.
It looks like a configuration issue with your browser. However you have it setup is not properly rendering the text on this site.
