The BC125AT does not seem to import channels 10 - 19 using Butel . I’m away from the radio atm but they are in the 150 MHz range . Manual enter works fine and reads back in the software but sending back to the radio always results in blank channels in this area. First time using today.

Which frequencies are not loading and what is their use and location. Are you referring to frequencies or banks? The BC125AT has only 10 banks. If you are used to GRE, Radio Shack, and Whistler scanners, many of them have 20 scan lists.

Does the same problem occur with Scan125 or Uniden's own programming software?

Also when you program directly via the scanner keyboard if the frequency you have entered is not on the correct step value the scanner will change the frequency to the nearest step value. This may lead to say 125.0000 on the scanner and 125.0011 in program. However this will not happen with Scan125 as Scan125 always does a read back refresh to pick up any changes the scanner made and the program will change what you entered to 125.0000 so that both are in sync.

Are you reading the Scanner 1st?
Are saving what you read from the scanner?
Long shot but if you are not reading the scanner 1st and just trying to make changes you are writing a blank bank to the scanner.

Thanks for the replies, I lowered the port bits per second from 9600 to 7200 and everything loaded fine.
