BC250D TG Tag Display

Is it possible to have a TG tag display on a BC250D while the scanner is in ID Search mode? I seem to only be able to do it in ID Scan mode.

If my memory is correct, the 785D and 250D do not show the programmed TEXT for talk groups when operating in the ID search mode. Uniden fixed this in the 796D and 296D, so you will need to trade up for this feature.

if you get the arc250 pro software and use the virtual control display it will show you the id tag when in id search mode. cheaper than upgrading your scanner model. the siftware runs 70. well worth it for other features too.
