While using the pre-programmed channel for my area of Las Vegas, NV I am having trouble picking up anything more than Clark County EMS. The channel should be picking up police as well and I have yet to hear it. Any suggestions?

The trouble with the pre-programmed data is that it was written prior to when the scanner was originally released, March 2009, so any changes since then, such as rebanding or other frequency changes, are not up-to-date.

I would double check the pre-programmed data against the current database or download the current data from the database..

Makes sense I did not realize it has been so long since it was programmed. Thank You
