BC895xlt file ICT

Does anybody have a database for the 895 already? My buddies scanner goes blank for hours at a time and I think we screwed up the settings and want to use someone elses to see if it fixes it. I forget the program he is using to upload but he does use three of them. LOL

Any help would be appreciated.
