When I first turn on my scanner I press Hold then Power to get to the P25 Threshold Level Setting. The only P25 2 network on my scanner is Chester County Pa. The threshold level that works the best is level 8. Now my question is this. How can I save that setting so that when I shut off my scanner and start it again, it will remember that level setting? Is there a way I can save that setting to a particular group? Thanks for your help! Mark Griffin, KB3Z

8 is the default threshold. You need to do nothing. You are there.

Any changes you make on a P25 setting are remembered until you change them again. No additional steps are needed to "save" the setting for future sessions.

For this line of scanners (kind of, sort of) along the x96 platform/"brains", the P25 settings are global, meaning they apply to every P25 system you have programmed. Only the "next generation" - the x36 series - provides P25 settings on a system by system basis.

This is incorrect. On the 325p2 the P25 threshold setting is reverted back to auto when the scanner is powered down. Very frustrating when monitoring simulcast sites. I have to return it to "manual" "9" everytime I power up the scanner.
UPman will there be a fix for this?
