BCD 436hp ford sync

anyone running the 436hp on ford sync? when i tried it it didn't recognize the device.

What would it recognize? Bluetooth - WiFi ? Why would you even think that Sync would Sync with it?

about 5 minutes after posting I realized the scanner isn't equipped to do a sync. Sorry guys to waste your time but I did feed the headphone outlet into the line in on my F150 and it works well when you run the audio out up to about 10 or so on the scanner.

Tried it in my 2013 Explorer. Same thing happens to me. Even when using the car USB to charge, it tells me to remove the unknown device. I was hoping it would play audio through the stereo when connected to USB, but I don't know if it's possible.

It works great with my F150.
436 runs off the USB and then use a separate audio cord from headphone plug to sync.

Audio goes through speaker system. Works great!
