Our area just updated to P25 Phase 2. I got a Uniden BCD996P2 scanner. I'm using Proscan to program it, but It's not working. I used RR within Proscan to add the 2 TG's that I want, but it doesn't work. Proscan has 2 different options, P25 standard trunk and P25 one-freq trunk, I tried looking up the difference but couldn't find one. I also added more frequencies than the control that RR loaded just to make sure that wasn't the problem. I'm probably just missing a setting somewhere that i haven't found.

Don't put freqs from other sites into that site. Just reimport and it should look like this. Latter, you can use the Google Maps feature to see the coverage area on the various sites and delete the sites far away.

Ok, I just started over and it looks like this now. When I look at the google map feature in Proscan, it doesn't say the name of the tower so it's hard to tell which ones to use now that they have changed.

Ok, I just started over and it looks like this now. Looking at the google map feature for the closest tower, when I click on every Frequency group it shows the towers all in the same spots.

Clicking the tower will show the details. But your right, most of the sites are shown in the same area but not exactly the same.
