I didn't want to make a new thread.
Anyone still monitoring this system.

Looks like all of the main LE TGs are fully enc now.
Some of the TAC and TLETS TGs are still in the clear.

Only one left is the

50497 (LE1)
51315
65xxx
Super Patch or whatever you want to call it.

Only other thing I noticed
TFD/TF&R is using some type of Locution System for some dispatches. Maybe just testing.
Watch 20240801_202411 | Streamable (says expires in 2 days 8/19-8/21)

That is also a new TG 50739.
Doesn't show grants for a few days now so there is that.
Actually doing little looking now also 50529.
Using RID/UID 10856000 for the Locution I will just call it.

All the other agencies haven't changed yet.

Spent a week at Belton lake this month. Having a 996XT monitoring was somewhat limited but did figure out that 65181 & 65184 could be rural law 1 and 2 just by looking at location of the call. Was trying to pin down the other 65xxx but like in a previous post not much reason why one TG would tone out then instantly there would be a tone out in the 65xxx randomly. Lucky for me they they hadn't pushed the T & E button yet so it was a interesting week of listening. Sorry for the locals though.

This post is timely as I just programmed Bell County for my drive up there for the Hamfest on October 5.

A number of TGs that RR has as unencrypted appear to have been subsequently encrypted as the download from RRDB to Pro Scan didn't load them. I'll find out for sure I guess what is and what isn't encrypted.

Talkgroups in the 65000 and higher range are probably multi-select or patch talkgroups.

65x.
Previously used for Fire Dispatch only.

The one or two remaining 65x with LE Stuff are patched. (or multi or whatever)

Shows different on scanners.
UT shows 3 diff TGs.
Like this one that just popped up surprised they are still doing it but I don't know the operational side.

51315/50497/65180
50497 is LE1
So when they get done playing with LE1 I expect it to be 51315 with the patching business turned off.

RR says it's too large 22mb
