Belpre PD

For the last three days, Belpre PD in Washington County has been using the Belpre Fire Depaetment's frequency. Not sure why, but it's probably an issue with their tower and they had to use another channel most likely. I'll keep monitoring and see if they switch back to their frequency.

BPD is now back on their channel and have been since Friday. Heard some radio checks and they switched back a while later.
