I do know they had there radios reprogrammed yesterday .

All control channels will have the digital noise that sounds like encryption when your monitoring them conventionally. Also control channels on the states DTRS system are not ENC that's reserved for individual talk groups (TG).

But once a P-25 scanner scans it should work magic.

If this is the file I sent for the 197 I did not check or fill in the NFM area but that was some time ago. I have only noticed a change in volume.

I listened to the feed and this is definitely encrypted. The feed is using a 2096 that I gave him and never sounded like that unless it was on an encrypted channel.

Yep, it's encrypted (on the feed). Probably another agency not wanting to be live fed over the internet.

Yet another rural agency that wants to hide from the public. There must be a lot of things going on in rural Colorado that need to be kept secret. Those darn traffic stops and car crashes, wouldn't want people to know about those.

Yes ,This is true.
Both Bent and Kiowa are encrypted .
