304 is not in the DB. However the closest 3xx is prosecutor. So maybe something related to them?
And 401 is patrol dispatch. You heard them in the clear?

All of those except for 304 are already in the database. Have you actually looked there before posting?

301 through 308 are all Prosecutor talkgroups.

200 - 208 Police - or rather former police
300-308 Pros - 308 was mostly major crimes like Narcotics
400-408 Sheriff
most times 201 & 301 are patch together
TG 111 & - 108 - 114 sounds like possibility a mix of interop's or commons shared by partners agencies

Think they were only testing. Radio IDs were 92XXXXXX, as in loaner portables from County probably. Franklin Lakes was testing a week ago with loaner portables from Oakland with 4210XXXX IDs.
