Yes, and the database reflects this here. PD is fully encrypted along with the rest of county LE (as is every talkgroup listed as mode "TE"). Said system isn't so "new" anymore. Believe it went online back in 2015?

Went online Oct 2017. The PD has used 155.07 patched for PD work as well as National 155.475 in the clear.
