is their any recivers that have a source where I can hook into for a discrmenator tap or anyone in the chicago area that could add one to my scanner. Need help

I tried trunk88 and does great on a federal uhf 3600cc other then wrong freq. are displayed. I tried on a apco-25 9600 system and got nothing. So does this mean trunk88 doesn't work on this type of system or is they something I need to adjust?

You need to define the bandplan.
