Unknown Channel in ISICS

I am using my Uniden BCD436HP scanner to monitor the Hamilton County ISICS Simulcast system, and the Story County SARA Simulcast system. In my Story County favorites list, I have 2 sites, the SARA story county Simulcast site, and the ISICS Woodward/Ames simulcast. In my Hamilton County favorites list, I have only the 1 site, Hamilton County Simulcast. Today, I picked up a unknown TGID number 18518, which I can not find anywhere in the ISICS database, or the SARA database. Sometimes it is linked with another another TGID, which I haven't been fast enough to write down. It sounds like it could EMS/Fire talk, but I'm not quite sure. Just wanted to know if anyone has any idea what it could be. Thanks!

I live in Lehigh. I don't get Boone reception very reliably. But I will put the TGID in and see if I can pick it up.
