What is the BEST way to connect a hand held scanner to a PC for broadcasting?? I have my scanner USB cable hooked in to PC/IF. I have a cable hooked in to my headphone jack on one end and to my microphone in on the over end. It works, but is it the "best" way?

Now that one I don't know, I doubt that a 'Y' cable to line in would work, so I'd GUESS Mike in & Line in Maybe? Hopefully some one more "Whiz Bang" than me can answer that one

To provide two feeds you'll need to add a second sound card to your PC (either an actual card or a USB sound "card").
