BGE is building a new P25 system that will go live "fairly" soon, although talk groups will probably be encrypted. Their current IDEN system is un-monitorable.

Since BG&E is part of the Exelon Energy Group, their new talkgroups will be on this Trunked Radio System: Exelon Energy P25 Trunking System, Regional, Multi-State and will be carried on Sites 20 and 21 so far as identified in the database. As others have noted, all talkgroups will be encrypted (why I will never understand).
