Holy crap, so I finally figured it out! I cut power to the whole house, and then took my laptop downstairs with my SDR, and flipped breakers on and off one by one. Turns out, the issue was "upstairs outlets". This is odd because I don't even use my upstairs. However, I remembered I have candle-style light in one of the windows. That's literally the only thing plugged in up there. I unplugged it, and BOOM! RFI is gone!
I started another thread because I was getting a low-freq, pulsing hum on certain freqs (the broadcast station at 4840 seemed terrible, and a few others in a span around it). Is this normal?
Not sure if that pulsing hum was being caused by the "candle" as well, but it'd be great if it were because I was really scratching my head, and it's super annoying to listen to. I'll have to check at night when 4840 is strong.
Anyway, it was pretty neat to see the signal in real time on my laptop. As soon as I tuned on the upstairs break, the signal popped up around 1100 khz, and it slowly ramped up until it peaked at 1140. Here's some before/after screengrabs.
And here's the little bast**rd that was responsible:
