I don't think the subscription system is automated. You need to give them time to process your account.

Also, Bitcoin is in some trouble, so you might want to make sure that they actually received something.

We got him taken care of. Right now the Bitcoin process is manual and we have to update our wallet periodically to receive the transactions. All is good now,.
