City of Boulder Fire-Rescue Department is on scene of the 700 block of 18th St with a 2nd alarm structure fire. Incident is about 1 hour in and primary search of the structure has not been fully completed due to structural integrity issues. Sounds like operations have been mostly exterior with some operations starting to go interior. Possible reports of unaccounted parties in the structure. Lines are in place around all sides of the structure.
