Brandmeister statewide like 3136 have a 10 minute time limit, imposed by the rulers of the network. You can’t talk freely. If you go over the limit or talk about “taboo” topics the administrators will ban you. So…not much traffic on the state wide TG. Then people wonder why nobody’s talking on the TGs and repeaters.
There is a Southern Tier New York net every Sunday at 7PM ET on Brandmeister TG31367 and Wires-X Room 83721. Good bunch of operators on this net, it has been around for awhile.

What repeater(s) are you attempting to access? Also, do you have digital monitor (promiscuous) mode enabled? If not you would need to create a receive talkgroup for the channel. Lastly, and most important, what DMR radio are you using?

You can access the Brandmeister Hoseline to listen to any of the in use Brandmeister Talkgroups (NOTE: New York State talkgroups typiclly start with 3136xx.
