Brandmeister password issue

Signed up on the BM site and received email asking to log in and confirm, came back saying password was incorrect (it was the one I entered at registration) now cannot obtain a password reset at all so effectively totally locked out.
Any suggestions on how to correct this situation please ?

Yes but you need a password to enter ,thats the issue.

You have to create an account, separate from the main Brandmeister login.

"The support platform has its own accounts. The first time to post a request, you will need to open an account, which is different than the one you are using for your BrandMeister selfcare."

Your best bet for Brandmeister support is via Telegram. That's where the system administrators hang out at.

I think the password gets created from the hotspot in Pistar. Use that to log in to selfcare. Its been a while since I changed mine. I might be wrong.

… unless you’re not using a hotspot and simply accessing via a DMR repeater.

There's nothing to do. Everything can be seen without logging in.
