Second Round now at Salina

Weather is looking good here. Sounds like Great Bend got it the worse. Heading on towards Topeka, but sounds like tornados may be over.

Second round of storms at Salina now. Not as bad as first round. More thunder, lighting and rain. This storm appears to be passing directly over Salina.

All emergency service agencies in Salina/Saline County are quite at this time.

They had lifenet 1 involved for the search, but it sounds like they discontinued that and have begun a ground grid search in the area of 119th and the Burlington Northern Tracks. Sounds like K9 units from the county and Leawood are also involved.

Olathe Fire Engine 51, Quint 51 & Utility 51 are also on scene coordinating with PD on the search.

Sounds like the child involved was found safely at a friends house.

Q1 is going to the roof with maintenance. Maybe a problem with an air conditioner unit.

All other units are now staged at the hospital.

Dispatch just advised all responding units that an alarm company is testing the system. The alarm company originally had called dispatch to advise they were testing but gave the wrong business name.

Engine 2 reports no fire, faulty detector in basement. All units released.

Medic 3 is enroute to Salina Regional Health Center for an emergency transfer to Wichita. Unknow why ground transfer, weather appears ok, here. Are there problems in Wichtia or is there a problem with Eagle Med?

The only weather problem here is that its too damn hot and Humid. If it rains anymore Ill be driving a boat to work.

Sounds like there passenger is having some sort of problem where atmospheric pressure could effect there condition . IE breathing issues or anneurism.
