Any news of a medical helicopter or medical transport plane missing in the Wichita or Kansas City area? Of all things the FAA called me here in Columbus Ohio. About if we had a helicopter land here from your area!!!! For what I gathered it sounds like the pilot did not close a flight plan?

looks like you are privy to some info we havnt heard as of yet. Nothing was mention here in Wichita. A lot of storms went thru here tonight. Finally let up on the rain about 23:00. So I been with out any SAT TV for a while also, I may have not seen it since I missed the news.

Did they mention which company? Life Watch, Eagle MED etc?

Was in Kansas City the last two days. Heard nothing while in KC. When I got home this afternoon went through all my mail, and users groups and RSS feeds. Found no information about a missing copter or plane.

Shawnee Heights Fire and Mission Township Dive Team are attempting to recover a drowning victim at Lake Shawnee east of Topeka.

Operations on Shawnee Heights 1. Did have KHP-2, Event 1 and Shawnee Heights 1 patched together for awhile.

KCK police on scene of a shooting in the area of 36th and State Avenue. It sounds like 1 person shot in the leg. They are searching for 3 suspects, KHP is also involved.
