WRTV Channel 6 News is reporting A Washington Twp. School bus hit and killed a 10 year old student who was attending the school at Spring Mill. *This was from the Indy Channel.com*

Fox 59 News reported from the scene and said it was a 10 year old boy who got off of one school bus bus 42 and then walked into the front of another bus bus 97. IMPD PIO told the media what happened and how the 10 year old boy died.Indiana State Police are on scene checking out the bus.Anytime there is a School Bus accident Indiana State Police are always called to invstigate that accident and the bus including the maintence records of the bus.Sad day in Washington Twp for the Students,Parents and staff at the school..My prayers and thoughts are with all those that are involved in todays accident. 11:53AM, 2-6-09

Indiana Conservation Officer involved in a roll over of his patrol vehicle in northern Miami County in the Peru Dist 16 ISP District at 10:30AM Sat 2-14-09.Patrol Vehicle rolled down the side of road into a cornfield.Dist 16 Peru post has 1613 and 1633 on scene doing the paper work and Miami County Sheriff 52-9 is taking pictures of the scene.ICO is ok and walked away from the roll over Did not need to be taken to the hospital.Dist 16 ISP units reuqesting the post to contact DNR North Region to request a LT to come to the scene of the accident.All of this was heard on ISP 16 E MA 1 thru Dist 52 Simucast for Boone County today.

Jeffersonville Police were responding to sometype of run at a hotel when a male subj shot them. Conditions unknown at this time. Occured approx 1900hrs. Jeffersonville, ISP post 45 and Clarksville are working incident. All channels currently active

They thought he was holed up in an apartment on blackstonmill rd, but he was not there, they just cleared the scene there. Listen to the floyd county ltr system also.

They (reportedly) know who the guy is. Praying for the best for these brave officers and their familes.

WAVE NBC 3, WHAS ABC 11, WLKY CBS 32, WDRB FOX 41 has video of the scene of the shooting of the two officers tonight on there web sites.My thoughts and prayers are with all those invoved.

According to WAVE @11, both officers were admitted in stable and conscious condition and are currently undergoing surgery, one for chest wounds, the other for hip wounds.
