Just heard several Reserve Companys of the Terre Haute Fire Department call en route to Butler County...??? Not really sure if they were talking about OHIO or another state with that county...no Butler County here in IN...unless there heading to Butler, IN to help cover for crews going to the Exercise....

I am sure Statewide M/A will be used as well as many others tomorrow. Today I know Statewide M/A is used for IDHS and ISDH activities for the current exercise in progress. I am hearing the activity here in Gibson County just fine. I also know that Vanderburgh County is a participant in the exercise.

A few days ago, the second day that I owned my scanner, I picked up an accident in which a man from Indianapolis' car veered off U.S 31 near 131st street, DOA.

I am hearing the exercise on the Boone County Safe-t tower site.Northwest of Indianapolis.I live in the area of 79Th and Michigan Road and I am hearing this with no problems at all with just the antenna of the Back of my Uniden Bc-796D.Tim DeLong W9NES

Anyone catch the bank robbery/pursuit this morning in Boone County? Someone again robbed the Dover State Bank of Lizton and took off toward Thorntown. 6-3 and 401 picked up the suspect and engaged in a pursuit along Montgomery County/Boone County line up into Clinton County. They came back down Sugar Creek Road north of Thorntown and the guy lost the officers behind some silos. They have him in custody now however, still looking for the 10-32 and the money.

I knew only because our dispatch (mont. co) put out for our officers to start toward the East. I switched over to ISP 14 Disp and was able to hear the relay from 14-48 to the post advising of the ongoing situation, since he was able to scan with his car.

Not happy that I still do not have Boone Safe-T or Dist. 52 ISP in my radio.

Channel 13 WTHR has some on it.

Large Fire at Emge Meat Packing Plant in Ft Branch, IN

Many area departments are currently responding to the Emge plant in Ft. Branch (Gibsson Co). It is reported that four buildings are on fire at this time.

All Gibson County Dept.s. Two from Wabash Cnty, two from Vanderburgh County, two from Warrick Cnty, Vinc Twp., Pike Cnty and others are being called up as we speak. Possible large propane tank on fire behind one of the buildings, this is a major tanker shuttle operation.

A High CO Alarm at the Gibson County Jail has caused a complete evacuation. Many law enforcemnt, Fire Dept. and EMS on scene.

Yea, I saw that on Ch13, huge fire going there. Thats what, #10 since it closed?

I'm listening to Shelby Co. and Hancock Co. looking for some people near Morristown for an hour. They just now spotted one and began a foot chase near fields.
OK, they just caught 4 people. Not sure what it's all about but there was a pursuit involved.

Well they got 5 of them. One of them will be going to the hospital first though, they just dispatched an ambulance for facial injuries for one of the suspects. They must have been up to something because they paged a detective out to another location for the same incident.
Apparently a police car is stuck too, they were talking about getting one of the officers cars out and that it was by a silo....hopefully not in the silo.

Sounds like a large fight following a breakin and shooting in a home in Rush County. Police from several counties responding to the scene. First unit has three down on the ground outside while awaiting backup. They are now calling in reserves from Rush Co. at 01:34am Reports say there may be 10 or more people in the house.

2 Floyd County officers shot

Monitoring numerous channels with Swat units on the scene in Floyd County with a subject that shot 2 officers. LMPD Swat, Floyd County SWAT, ISP District 45 SRT and several other departments have responded.

Last I heard was DNR was going out into the woods. Operating on Safe-t DNR8

You also might hear some new groups on Floyd's LTR system.
