Nope, I was listening to the crash in downtown Indy (h&r with injuries) and the hijacked car and pursuit that followed both seperate incidents. You shoulda heard the one IMPD officer in foot pursuit, loud and clear "stop M-----F-----" to a guy with a gun.....wonder if he realized his mic was keyed? If not, I am sure his supervisor will let him know about it.
It reminded me of an accident I was in while driving an ambulance, and the county where it happened still uses that tape for training purposes. Not knowing a portable got stuck on transmit when we got hit by a drunk at 10am on a Saturday a crew member in back asked me what happened and I said "some stupid M-----F----- hit us" and suddendly I hear county say our unit number and ask "are you OK" and I responded "I don't know, we just stoipped". Then I grabbed the broken portable and go check on the other driver, and county heard everything, even when the police said "I don't need your info, I already have it on the other report" because that previous Tuesday I had another wreck when a kid pulled out in front of me while on a fire call....it was a rough week
13 years later I had neck surgery because of that wreck, I crushed two disks in my neck and missed 6 months of work. Didn't hurt a bit till 1/2 hour after the wreck.
