Broadcastify Streaming Question

Hi all, I am currently running a scanner feed on Broadcastify and had a couple people report that there is a pulsing beep on the stream when there is no one talking on the scanner, just curious too see if anyone out there would be able to assist with this problem... I listen to your feed regularly and haven't heard that. Could be a ground loop, which is easily solved by getting a ground loop isolator. Can pick one up on Amazon for a few dollars.

Here is the Ground Loop Isolator many people use.

Amazon and Walmart carry them.

They're cheap and work well

The only time I've heard the beeps on my feed, is when the connection is temporarily lost. As soon as the system connects back, the beeps go away. I believe it's the Broadcastify app that does it to notify the listener that the connection is trying to fix itself.
