Oh you're so VICIOUS! Besides, make it obvious and it's an easy fix, make it subtle and it aggravates the hell out of them. A pin and a nail clipper is all you need, push it in until it hits the center conductor and won't go any farther, then snip it off flush so the jacket covers the end. They'll never find the short and have to replace the entire run... MUAHAHAHAAAaaaaaa.

That's why my coax was inside steel EMT and looked just like where the power line connects to your house. So you think you have a magic bullet? I have armor! HA HA!

It was only cut once.

Yes it was our home harbor, Fish Harbor in San Pedero. Tied up next to other boats, like the Betty Ann, and others. Time frame was 1967 to 1971.

We are so far off topic here it's not funny, but 220vac is not a good idea unless you are trying to kill the perp! 110vac will get you funny noises just fine.
