Does anyone have any suggestions on who is using the frequency 153.920 in Tulsa?
The frequency is using a PL Tone of 114.8; users have been mentioning building maintenance and measurements.

The signal and modulation is excellent.

The City of Tulsa has a FCC License to use 153.920. Callsign is KB24068.

What Are The Call Signs You Are Hearing?

Not hearing any call signs. If I had heard a given call sign, I would not have been asking about who is using 153.920. The call sign if heard would have identified the user!
