I just bought the ARC 996T Pro software and the USB 1 scanning cable from Scanner master. I will not buy from them again. After spending hours trying to resolve one issue, I cannot connect to ANY live support person at Scanner Master; They simply put you thru the phone options game then refer you to somewhere else. NO LIVE PERSON unless you want to buy something of course.
I simply cannot get my software to connect with the Radio Reference web site to download frequencies. I get the "sign in" option, I get a notice that there was a response from RR, but when I click on the STATE tab it is blank. The software appears to connect to RR, so it says, but no way to see and download anything.
Has anyone else had this issue? I do not know where to go with this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks. Greg.
