Hello, I’m new here and just got a uniden bc125at scanner recently, and was wondering if anyone knows the frequencies for Calgary transit, and if they will even work on my scanner

Calgary Transit operates on the trunked radio system linked below. No, your BC125AT will not be able to track it. Although the system is P25 Phase-II capable, talkgroups on the system are mode "D" (FDMA) so at the bare minimum you'll need a P25 Phase-I (FDMA) scanner to track it. If the talkgroups are ever upgraded to TDMA (mode "T") then you'll need a P25 Phase-II scanner.

I’m new and would also love to listen to Calgary transit, I have a uniden bc125at scanner
Hey Sean yea you need to have a scanner that can pick up trunked radio communications. I’m relatively new as well and love to listen to transit.
