Trying to program my new BCD436HP with Antioch and Brentwood (Northern CA).. can anyone tell me how to do that? I downloaded Sentinal, added those to my favorites,turned monitor on and wrote to scanner... but I still hear nothing... Any suggestions??

Correct. Those are both encrypted. that is why you cant hear anything.
