Dose anyone know who these call signs belong to?
The calls were all heard in Reno NV.

Centurion - He was doing touch-N-Go's at KRNO
Songbird - was being controlled by Oakland ARTCC (missed frequency)
Black-ship - was being controlled by Oakland ARTCC on 269.300

Any help is most appreciated!

I used to listen to that on radio - didn't know it made it to TV. Can't remember the name of his jet.

You can look up the callsign used by any airline here:
http://www.faa.gov/ATPubs/CNT/3-3.htm
(In the telephony section for what you need)
The ones you heard were civilian airlines, not military.

Centurion might not even be a callsign. It is a model of aircraft produced by Cessna.

Ya I figured it was a Cessna. It was the first call sign I had heard after buying my scanner and was hoping that it was military. Since then I have heard a B-2 (Oakland ARTCC), MC-130P (GAGE 41) landing KRNO out of florida, C-38 (BOXER 494) MD. ANG landing KRNO, and a bunch of others so I gave that one up.

Dose anyone know how the Army works thier call signs? I listened to ARMY 90101 doing steep turn training over Lake View Cal. but I don't know if it was fixed wing or rotory, or from what base.
