Silent Key
The beginning of a U.S. holiday weekend is very poor time to begin a project, but unfortunately I have made that mistake. The biggest problem is that the help I need is from our members that are traveling. I should have had this out there before everyone took off for the weekend in hopes that they could harvest some of this information during their travels. Oh, well.
Lindsay has ordered that all content in the Database, other than frequencies, TGs, and associated information, be moved to the Wiki. Articles like the 10-Codes and the statewide call signs need to be moved to the Wiki so they will not be lost when Lindsay drops the hammer. It's being called, "Collaboration" and you can find a Collaboration link by floating the mouse over the Wiki tab on the top blue ribbon on any page, or you will find it in the Database on the left side of any page near the top.
This is a labor-intensive undertaking since each and every line must be typed individually using the markup language in the Wiki to align the columns. Because of that, it is prone to inadvertent errors being introduced. Kudos to theaton for the tables he was able to create in the Database, but now I have taken it on myself to move those files to the RR Wiki. You can see what I have done so far here, here, and here.
During the process of moving these files, I have run into a couple of things that have made me question the accuracy of the information that theaton had to work with. I know for a fact that one town under the radio call sign identifiers was place in the wrong county and I have found a couple of others that were not correctly spelled. Again, this is a result of labor-intensive, line-by-line movement of information. One county (Daggett) has no information at all.
I have already set up each county in the Wiki with some basic information and this is what else I need:

- What are the Call Signs for Daggett County?
- In Beaver County, what town is 4V?
- Are there any local call signs that do not conform to the state's list (i.e. Cache County, Box Elder County, and Davis County)?
